That is why we called the show "Lessons From The Trenches." Some episodes will be live conversations with Guests. Some will be just me sharing an idea that I have learned through failure or success. Sprinkled in will also be specific content that is based on feedback from you.
We think alike. I believe there are lessons to be learned at every level in a business. In many ways, i have learned just as much from my managers or their direct reports as I have from CEO's, mentors and other coaches.
